Maria Suoheimo has been appointed as Senior Consultant for Net Effect Ltd

MA, development policy researcher Maria Suoheimo has been appointed as Senior Consultant for Net Effect Ltd starting from 1.1.2010. In Net Effect, she will carry out research, evaluation and consultancy assignments. Previously, Mrs. Suoheimo has worked with UN in South America and in different Finnish NGOs. She moved to Net Effect from Finnish Red Cross where she acted as Head of International Aid Programmes.
