Net Effect offers research and consultancy services for a number of policy areas. Common to these services is a clear understanding of the way policy and decision-making processes work. Our aim is to define and then develop a plan for solving problems together with our clients.

Net Effect conducts research projects related to evaluating public policy, management, organisations, change in the working community and the impacts of legislation. Our research projects form an integral part of our other development activities. All our research projects start out with the idea of applying the information we produce in development at the practical level.
