Net Effect (est. 1999) is a Finnish-owned company specialized in public policy evaluation and management consultancy. Our core business idea is to bring strong reseach-based element into our consultancy services provided through well-established inhouse expertise in policy reaseach, evaluation, consultancy and training. Net Effect is member of European Evaluation Society, Eureval Network and active in other scientific organizations. We have established strategic partnerhips with other likeminded research institions, consultancy companies and think-tanks throughout Europe.
